A Connect RESELLER of Connect services is a partner who receives a discounted price for select Connect services and sells these services to his or her customers. A reseller manages the client relationship along with invoicing and front-line support.
A Connect CHANNEL partner will provide Connect services to their clients which will then billed by Connect directly. Invoicing of Connect services will be managed by Connect. In return, the Channel partner receives a percentage of commission for the sale and monthly billing.
